Janice Mcleay

Janice Mcleay is President of the Australian Dispute Resolution Association Inc. She has practised in employment law for nearly twenty years, the last 11 years as a Commissioner with the Industrial Relations Commission of NSW.

She has experience in both public and private sectors as an advocate, a conciliator and an arbitrator. Janice has a Masters degree in Dispute Resolution (Honours) from UTS. She was previously a high school teacher and a senior manager in local government before turning to industrial relations, where she was Executive Director of the employment relations office of a large employer. She is now in private practice as a dispute resolution specialist.
